The coin also features the country of issue, inscribed as “REPUBLIK OSTERREICH,” meaning the Republic of Austria, “½ UNZE GOLD 999.9”, “2024,” and “50 EURO,” showing the purity, year of issue, and face value, respectively.

The reverse side of the coin includes the displays of music, described as the universal language. The design of the gold coin consists of the musical instruments used at the Vienna Philharmonic as inscribed on the top of the design.
